When you use Pai Wellness, we may collect the following information:

- Optional profile details: bio and profile photo (only if you choose to add them).
- Event data: events you publish, events you RSVP to, and your participation activity.
- Contact details in events: if you choose to include your email or phone number in event descriptions, that information is visible to other users at your own choice and responsibility.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not track your activity outside the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and provide the Pai Wellness platform.
- Allow users to publish, explore, and join events.
- Enable event organizers to communicate with participants (e.g., event updates, cancellation notices).
- Improve and develop the product and user experience.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
3. Data Sharing
- Pai Wellness does not sell your data. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary to operate and improve the platform (for example: hosting services, analytics, or communication tools). These providers are only allowed to use your data to perform services for Pai Wellness and must protect your information under similar privacy standards. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- If you publish your contact details in event descriptions, that information is shared publicly at your own choice.
- Event organizers may use the platform to send messages to attendees (such as updates or cancellations), but they do not receive access to your personal account data unless you choose to share it with them.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account and event data for as long as you use Pai Wellness. If you wish to delete your account and data, you can contact us (see section 7). Upon request, we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Security
We take reasonable security measures, as recommended by our hosting provider (Base44), to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent to use the app at any time by deleting your account.
