Welcome to Pai Wellness – a community platform for exploring, sharing, and joining events related to well-being, sports, and spirituality. By using our app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pai Wellness, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. Our Role
- Pai Wellness is a platform only. We connect event organizers and participants.
- We do not organize, host, supervise, or endorse any events listed on the app.
- All events are created by independent users, and their content is their sole responsibility.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Some events may involve physical, emotional, or spiritual activity. Participation is at your own risk.
- Pai Wellness does not provide medical advice. We recommend you consult with a qualified health professional before joining any activity that may affect your health.
- By joining an event, you accept full responsibility for your own physical and mental well-being.
4. User Responsibilities
When you use Pai Wellness, you agree to:
- Share only accurate, truthful information in your profile and events.
- Be respectful and responsible when engaging with other users.
- Not post or promote any illegal, unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading activities.
- Take full responsibility for the events you create or attend.
Organizers are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining any required permits, licenses, or insurance.
- Ensuring the safety and accuracy of their events.
- Handling any payments, refunds, or disputes with participants.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
- Pai Wellness collects certain user information (such as your name, email, and event activity) in order to operate the app and improve your experience.
- We may also use data for communication and updates related to the platform.
- We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the Pai Wellness platform (including design, code, logo, and branding) belong to us.
- Content posted by users (events, descriptions, images) remains their property, but by posting, you grant Pai Wellness a license to display and share it within the app.
7. Payments & Transactions
- If you pay to attend an event through Pai Wellness, the transaction is processed on behalf of the organizer.
- Pai Wellness is not the seller of tickets or services.
- Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are the responsibility of the event organizer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Pai Wellness is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or any other issues that may arise before, during, or after an event.
- We do not guarantee that events will occur as described, or that all users will act responsibly.
- Use of the app and participation in events are entirely at your own risk. *The sole responsibility for hosting events, including compliance with Thai law and any other applicable regulations, rests exclusively with the event organizers. Pai Wellness assumes no legal responsibility or liability in connection with such events.
9. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.
- Content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate may be removed without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we do, we will notify users via the app or email. Continuing to use the app means you agree to the updated terms.
